Strategic Plan 2022

In late 2021, the Board of Directors engaged a Strategic Planning Committee (“SPC”), who, along with numerous stakeholders, have spent the last year contemplating the next era for THZ and what are our strategic priorities for the next five years.

Our approach was a combination of external research on key trends, internal analysis (financial and operational), and, most importantly, learning from our stakeholders through interviews, member surveys, focus groups and other listening posts.

What follows is the Strategic Plan with a structured set of observations and recommendations. In some cases, the recommendations are quite tactical. In other cases, we’ve raised important transformational changes that will be needed over the next few years. It will be up to our leadership, clergy, staff, and engaged members to make this happen.
